There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride).
The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby.

"the hotel is brand new and the service is excellent. The area outside the hotel (not hotel grounds) is dirty and smelly. The jacuzzi was really nice and the views from the pool. Great variety and great service at breakfast.
