Great value

We were a little unsure about booking at this property as it did not appear to be a traditional type hotel. I am happy we gave it a chance. The room was very comfortable, excellent bedding and well appointed room. The room was a little on the small side but made up for it with the other comforts. The setting of the property was great, gave you the feeling of being in a rural setting while in the city. The buffet breakfast was top notch, really enjoyed the made to order omlet. Great coffee "starbucks". This will be my nee go to place when in London.

Great Hotel close to downtown London

Pros: Great price, convenient to get to wherever we needed to go and most of all the staff are very friendly and courteous
Cons: Nothing
Location: Convenient for downtown London and Western University
Really enjoyed our stay here - very convenient for downtown London and the staff are great. Different from most hotels as it is really a conference centre

Renovated portion of hotel is very comfortable.

Pros: Renovated wing is very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is exceptional.
Cons: Front desk computer checkout process. System should store customer data. Better hours for restaurant and room service.
Front desk staff and wait staff in restaurant are very good. The renovated wing is very comfortable. The Front desk computer checkout is painfully slow due to what seems like a dated system. Even though we signed up to Wyndam Rewards Club, we still have to provide all credit card etc details every time we stay. Should have electronic check-in and, more importantly, check-out.

Ideal situation easy access to city and parks..

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Only one chair in room ,another would have been better .
Location: Nice parks and walks , also good shopping with malls etc.
For us a relaxing stay and weather was good . Breakfast was excellent with multiple food choices. Evening meals were good and well prepaired.

Accessible location to university and hospital

Location: Western University, hospital, Tin Cup mini put and driving range
This was easy to find, affordable and included an extensive breakfast.

Wonderful stay, even better Breakfast

Great stay. Breakfast by far best part. Omelett station, hot foods, good coffee and juice. Wonderful staff.

It was convenient to the carling community centre

Pros: The grounds were pleasant.
The room was very similar to many hotel and motel rooms that we have stayed and at the high end in terms of cost, and the majority of these include breakfast. However, we were quite comfortable during our stay. The facilities were irrelevant as this was a overnight stop and not an experience

Never will book there again

Pros: Close to University (we were there for an event).
Cons: Hotel should only be used for conferences on the premises and not for visitors.
Location: Nothing within walking distance.
Very old and outdated. Very uncomfortable bed with wrinkled sheets (wonder if they'd been washed?). Had to walk forever to get to room and then up 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) to get to our room. Parking very inconvenient to get to our room. Front desk forgot to give us our wake up call.
