“Excellent communication, close to everything, super clean.”

“It was very cozy and close to our event. We enjoyed our stay! The bed and pillows were comfy and the shower was amazing! ”

“Very nice property with great amenities. To note, however, one kitchen stool is missing two leg caps which made the chair unusable as it was wobbly. Also the chairs needed the screws to be tightened on them.Also it would have been good if we got the pictures for how to check in a day before with a note advising that the check-in codes would be sent at the time of check-in.”

“Extremely convenient for events at conversation center and Lucas oil stadium. Can use skywalk to get there if weather not good. Place was clean and lots of space. The only negative which wasn’t a big deal was electrical outlet near bed couldn’t plug anything in to would just come out and 1 bedroom no smoke detector. But overall great place ”

“The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and food prep. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house. We would definitely stay here next time we attend Grand Nationals if possible.”

“Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in……

“We were in town to watch Wicked and this place was perfect - close to dining options and the theater. The Vrbo was great for our family of 5. ”

“This was the perfect place to stay for my father's memorial service. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was superb. The step by step instructions with pictures made check in seamless. Being next to the Monon trail for a morning walk was a pleasant BONUS”
