Non-Smoking Room Wreaked of Smoke

Pros: Just the staff- that is all.
Cons: Have a non-smoking room.. actually non-smoking
Location: not familiar with the area we were here for a graduation
We had a 3pm check-in for a Non-Smoking room. Our room smelled terrible, for people with asthma like us this was a nightmare. We called the front desk but could not be moved. They came immediately to iodize the room and sanitize it. We couldn't get into the room until 8pm. Since the stench was so strong and I had to use an inhaler 4 times we had to keep the doors open to the patio on the ground level until 1am but the smell didn't go away we just had to finally get to bed. My bags smelled, our clothes. Thank goodness the staff was so friendly.

Our stay was o.k. It was a noisy room, backing on to thee highway. Not only that, we were woken up at 5 am with the Verizon protest. Wasn't impressed with that but I realize it wasn't the hotels fault.

Great Place to Stay!

We are on a budget and chose this hotel based on ratings and price and were not disappointed. The room was amply sized, the sheets were clean and crisp and the beds were super comfortable. Everything in the room was nice, very clean and the bathroom was also very clean, although there was no working fan in there. During our 4 day stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Even the Housekeeping staff is exceptional. Be sure to tell Front Desk if you don't need the in-room safe. I got charged for the one in our room.

Convenient to I 90
