Non-Smoking Room Wreaked of Smoke

Pros: Just the staff- that is all.
Cons: Have a non-smoking room.. actually non-smoking
Location: not familiar with the area we were here for a graduation
We had a 3pm check-in for a Non-Smoking room. Our room smelled terrible, for people with asthma like us this was a nightmare. We called the front desk but could not be moved. They came immediately to iodize the room and sanitize it. We couldn't get into the room until 8pm. Since the stench was so strong and I had to use an inhaler 4 times we had to keep the doors open to the patio on the ground level until 1am but the smell didn't go away we just had to finally get to bed. My bags smelled, our clothes. Thank goodness the staff was so friendly.

Convenient to I 90

this hotel was nice. I needed a place to stay 1 night and it had free breakfast. The only complaint is that I had to walk outside to get to the breakfast and it was the coldest day of the year.....

Friendly evening desk clerk

First, I recommend this hotel if you need a relatively inexpensive place to stay for the night and decent breakfast. The front desk clerk who checked us in at night was friendly and efficient. A few drawbacks, but nothing that would deter me from staying again: older building in need of some renovation; need to get to breakfast early for good selection; refrigerator kept food cold but freezer struggled to freeze ice packs.

Good motel at a very good price, good breakfast

My daughter and I stayed at this motel because it was close to Westfield College. It was clean, had a good price, centrally located and they had a very nice breakfast buffet. No complaints...worked out great. Walking distance to a burger joint and all kinds of stores close by

No Frills But Safe

Safe area, perfectly serviceable room. No frills and furniture is a little worn, but place is quiet. Fine for business travelers or those visiting area colleges.
