Nice hotel with washer/dryer

Pros: There is an outdoor pool, a refrigerator and microwave and coffee potin the rooms AND a washer/dryer. Continental breakfast is also provided.
Cons: The back door was not always secure. Hotel guests would prop it open and leave it propped open.
Location: This hotel is near a gas station and eating places. The Westfield Whip Co. museum is in town.
This hotel is near the highway, has friendly staff, and feels safe.

Better then expected

Pros: Beds were extremely comfortable and the main floor was perfect for my dog with the exit to the grassy area in the parking lot
great convenient location by the Mass Pike, clean and quiet room, very friendly staff, would definitely go back next time I'm in the neighborhood

Graduation weekend

The room was billed as smoke-free with signs ll over the room, and it still reeked of cigarettes.

Allow me to personally apologize for the cigarettes smell in the room. Though we could not control guests in following our rules, we will work harder in making sure if the room has been smoked in are refreshed with stronger cleaner. We now charge the previous guest for smoking in the rooms with the cleaning bills and enforce the no smoking policy more strictly. Nice hotel for a remote location.

Hotel was fine but was in the middle of nowhere. Couldn't find a movie theater or even a CVS pharmacy. But staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast fit the bill. Good for an overnight stay.

I know our hotel is situated off the pike and make it somehow...in the middle of nowhere...and this is something we have total no control over unless the city of Westfield decides to add more attractions. As for CVS, there was one about half a mile towards downtown Westfield. Just remember, we are here to help and take most guesswork out. Hope to see you soon. Good for a Night

Room was comfortable. Not like the picture as far as decor, TV a little small, but a clean comfortable room for an overnight stay.

Road Noise Unacceptably Loud

Pros: Apparently, major renovations had been completed recently and the interior looks great. My room was clean and the furnishings were updated. Great rate
Cons: Installation of a sound barrior between the roadway and rooms facing it would be a major improvement to reducing road noise.
Location: Right off I-90.
My room faced a major use road at a stop light intersection and all I heard was the sound of trucks slowing to a stop at all hours of the day and night. Even with the fan on constantly, the noise of the trucks kept me awake for most of the night. Perhaps a room that faced the parking lot would have been quieter. The window was literally steps from the roadway.
