"Room wasn’t clean. Tub had a ring around it plus the corners were dirty. Headboards smudged with dirty fingers. Lamp frames had thick dust accumulated. Lots of debris under the bed. Floors were so dirty they turned white socks grey. Candy wrappers in drawers and loose Fredonia cocktail napkins left behind from previous guests. I pointed out issues to front desk at check out for which I’m receiving a partial refund. I left the room attendants a detailed message about how the room needs to be deep cleaned. "

"The staff were all extremely understanding about a hardship that I had occur while staying with them. They allowed us to add on extra days into it original stay plan. They could use some updating but over all it nice and quiet and enjoyed the time away from NY "
