Terrible decor, but very clean

Close to where I wanted to be, and VERY CLEAN room. However, the decor is atrocious! The tables and cupboards are very cheap and plain, the bathroom sink and tub area were the most ridiculous colored composite, the likes of which I had never seen! Kind of beige with brown speckles. BUT the toilet was comfort height---nice. The room was clean, and the location was good, and there was coffee in the lobby. They need to get a pubic computer for guests to use to retrieve their boarding passes. Overall, a good value, but I would rather pay a bit more for an upgrade in decor and amenities.

Terrible experience from time we checked

No where does it say online that hotel doesn't except cash...so that was a HUGE inconvenience...Sasha at front desk had us at deal for at least 20min trying to explain everything...room had dirty floor and cupboards crumbs everywhere...no silverware or pots, pans it had nothing...we requested that stuff (it's extended stay hotel should have all that stuff) so they give us a huge plastic bin with the stuff we needed and sheets for sleeper sofa they didn't even offer to bring to our room we had to carry all of it up to room 203 ourselves...very disappointed in whole experience...WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Or refer to any friends or family it was a joke!!

Poorly manned desk

While the room was fine, I did notice that there was hardly anyone ever at the front desk. Had to wait 20 minutes to check out.

The first room they gave me wasn’t even clean at all. Then we I went to check out. A few people were waiting for the person at the desk who never showed up
