Nothing to add

Nothing to add, thank you. I have nothing to add, literally, nothing to add here. This is why I don't like completing these surveys.

No hot water and toilet in disrepair

Posted Aug 9, 2015
No hot water in shower and I had to repair toilet for it to flush and it still took about 20 minutes to fill before you could re-flush

I had to wait in the lobby for at least 10 minutes until somebody came to the desk to check me in. The hallways may have been the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen in a hotel

More run down

Posted Jul 6, 2015
We stayed at this Extended Stay 1 1/2 years ago & thought it was pretty nice. We especially liked the kitchen items that came with the room. We also liked the living room area. This time we had to go back downstairs to get the things in the kitchen things but they were available. The room just felt dirty for some reason. There was only 1 wastebasket in the room, in the bathroom, none in the kitchen. Apparently guests were stealing the items in the room. That's a shame. I really hope they do some upgrades. It''s a very convenient location.

Not worth the money...

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: Location
Location: Good proximity to shops and restaurants...
Worst hotel I've stayed at... short staffed, not friendly, no ammenities, no pool, no extra blankets, no fultime manger on duty. Who calls having a small muffin "Breakfast". The room was dirty, carpets and bed matress wore out and no daily housekeeping.

Reasonably priced stay

The location was close to Cleveland in a safe and quiet area. Having a kitchen was a bonus.

Stinky, but comfortable.

Posted Apr 28, 2015 on Hotels
The entry way smelled like cigarettes and the whole first floor smelled badly of mildew. The hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week. The carpeting in the room appeared shabby and may have had cigarette burn holes in it. Otherwise, the room was OK. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and looked clean. The front desk people were friendly, which you will find in most places in the Cleveland area. It is an extended stay, so you will smell other peoples cooking in the hallway. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.

The sheets had to be changed.

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: The set up of the room was very nice with a desk, sitting area, small kitchen and bathroom.
Cons: They could do a better job cleaning.
My husband and I arrived at different times. He was there first, when he went to get into bed he noted that the sheets were stained and appeared dirty. He had them bring clean sheets to the room and changed the bed before I got there. the bathroom didn't look clean.
