Awesome Stay

Pros: Full kitchen!!
Cons: Better cable channels
Location: Plenty of food nearby, right off the freeway
This place was very nice, I had a two bedroom, full kitchen and living room. Hotel staff was very accommodating, because this is a Marriott hotel we were able to use the Courtyard Hotel (also owned by Marriott) indoor pool and hot tub. This hotel has an outdoor pool and grill. The hallways were clean and quiet. Just not any good cable channels.

Thank You so much for the Compliments! You'll be happy to hear that we will be changing over tv systems in the future to Marriott's "new" Entertainment package! It will include the ability to log into Net Flix, etc. sites on our televisions....

dated and unclean

Arrived to our 2 bedroom suite for soccer tournament to find stained gross toilet that we had to clean, dog hair on furniture and General dated and musty room. Hotel staff was friendly but actually offered my wife a vacuum to clean the crumbs and hair off of the small beat up pullout couch, which was ridiculous. Would not go back here, but Westlake is beautiful.

Unfortunately, we were sold out the night you stayed with us, so were unable to change rooms for you.....so vacuuming was all we could offer under the circumstances. I would have hoped you would have asked for me or another manager at check-out, so we may have been able to compensate you in some way, but that didn't happen. Once again, my apologies your experience didn't meet your expectations.

Nothing special.

Room was nice enough. Breakfast room only has seating for about 10. Pool was green and unusable. Sink and shower drains both ran slow first 2 days before maintenance fixed them. Had to get new keys 4 times because they kept failing.

I guess I am wondering about the expense of these accommodations. e have stayed at resorts with golf courses for the same amount of money. I hardly think the price was justified.

Rude staff great hotel

Front desk staff was extremely rude. There was an elderly lady there training who was the nicest person I have ever been aroun . The girl that was training her was so mean to her it was heartbreaking.
