An Okay Stay
It was an average stay at an average hotel. I feel like this location could use some upgrades. The bathroom floor looked dirty and old.

Room was extremely dirty!! There was takeout wrappers behind the dressers in each room. The TV was broken in our suite and they didnt even offer to look at it - starting telling me to unplug HDMI cables. I am not messing with that. They did then offer us to switch rooms, but we had already unpacked with 2 kids and a dog so that would be extremely inconvenient.

My room was the best. Very clean, organized and homely. I loved the kitchen too. The doorway into the hotel however needs some care. Looks rusty and neglected, and gives you a feeling of where is this am coming to. Then I had a little rough time with staff. Mid-way during my stay, at 1100am, they loudly severally knocked and before I reached the door, they had flung it open to ask me out since my check out was due, and even after showing them my reservation, they asked me to better contact Expedia or check out. I did and it turned out to be mistaken identity. A phone call to the room would be more courteous than a dramatic entry. On check out date, the housekeeping staff entered my room to start cleaning at 10.00am when my reservation check out said 12.00pm. I hurriedly packed and checked out.

The property is extremely old without updating besides fresh paint. The bed was comfortable but the room had a funky odor. The tv cable was ripped out of the rear of the tv . I had to put it back together myself or they would switch me to a different room but I already unpacked and it would have been a huge inconvenience. The continental breakfast is fine if you can survive on bagels, juice and very weak coffee. They had a pail of oatmeal that was never hot and I did see premade Jimmy Dean sandwiches but they are extremely high in sodium. The property was clean but extremely dated.

It's out of the way and thus fairly peaceful and quiet. The layout of the room access is odd but the room was very nice and well appointed.

The rooms are clean and having a full size kitchen is convenient when you are staying for several says. It reminded me of our time share hotels! There was also a nice big desk with plenty of shelves to store other things and a nice big closet. Having a complimentary breakfast was a bonus! I would definitely recommend if you are going to Cleveland -its not far from the Rock n Roll Hall of fame. I also recommend eating at the Carraba's Italian Grill located near the hotel! It's fantastic Italian Food (much better than Olive Garden)!

i enjoyed how "compact" the area was; everyone was friendly, we were able to walk to the restaurants & BONUS! the day it rained I was allowed to use the neighboring indoor pool! AWESOME!

The staff working here are the only good thing about this hotel. It is dated and stinks of mold and smoke. The facilities are an absolute disgrace to the Marriott chain.

I was disappointed in the breakfast.. we expected a better selection.. also, our room was not very clean, even had stains on the roll out couch mattress.. coffee grounds spilled in fridge, hand prints on the curtains. We had to go get toilet paper on our first night there.. I rarely give bad reviews, and really like complimenting venues.. however, we will not stay here again, nor recommend to friends and family .😢

In a location that I wouldn't realize, so that's nice. Was surprised on the condition of building - out/in side being outdated. Don't expect frills. Convenient for single male or a couple not looking for extravagance. Staff was outstanding due to an issue I had arriving a day later due to cancelled flight. I booked hotel through third party and they cancelled it without me being responsible for first night.

A bit run down, very friendly service
The overall aesthetics of the hotel are in major need of updating. The common areas needed a good cleaning as well. However, for the price you receive a lot of extras like a full kitchen and free breakfast.

Bad hotel. Overrated. Very bad Internet.
Bad service, decadent hotel. Food during breakfast is not replaced even 1h before finishing time. Extremely bad internet quality, impossible to work with. Fitness room with missing weights and durty. No chairs to sit on table to in kitchen.

A very worn hotel in need of a face lift
Staff doing the best they can with a very tired hotel. All woodwork, floors, counters were dirty and sticky. $100 for a pet fee is very steep for the condition of the facility.
