Comfortable and clean hotel

Close to the 401. Many restaurants and stores on Wellington. Very helpful staff. Clean comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Large parking lot. Tony Roma's right next door. Metro grocery store up the road. Not too far from the Air Show which we were in town for. East side of London.

I booked a queen bed room and as per details it was mentioned that room has microwave and refrigerator but after check in when I went to room those were not there and after enquiring with the hotel staff they said it's your fault that you didn't mentioned at the time of booking with expedia about these things in special notes. So they didn't give me that room. My concern was that I didn't asked them any additional thing poor commitment levels

Stayed at Comfort Inn for a baseball tournament in London. Arrived around 3:15, room was not ready ? Did not get in room until almost 4:00, not what we had planned since we had to be a a ball park for a game at 4:30. A little disappointing since the room was supposed to be ready by 3:00.

Nice location

Pros: The location was nice.
Cons: There should be a public bathroom in the lobby for people waiting for their rooms and the smoke free rooms shouldn't smell like smoke.
Location: There are lots of nice restaurants and bars around.
The hotel room was supposed to be ready at 3, but wasn't ready until 4:30. The staff was a little rude about it even thought I patiently waited. There is no public bathroom in the lobby. I drove 3 hours to get to the hotel and was told my room wasn't ready and that there was no public bathroom. I had to go next door to a Vietnamese place to go to the bathroom. Once we got into the room it smelled like smoke.

I do apologize for the wait on your room and not having a public washroom and the room smelling like smoke. I will look into that directly. We hope that you give us another chance to redeem ourselves.

Staff were great. Breakfast was great. Very clean, just a little crowded in the room.

Please check the tissue paer box !!!

It was fine overall except there were only three (3) sheets of tissue paper in the bathroom, Forcing me to use my own pocket tissue.

Great Stay

Just a one night stay while visiting in the London area. Hotel was clean, well maintained, comfortable. Close to a number of different restaurants.

The room was not very large and with three people, it was rather crowded. The toilet was exceptionally low and made for difficult maneuvers for a person with arthritis. The staff were very accommodating and placed us close to the breakfast room and lobby area. Not a bad place, just need to be accommodating for older people or those with arthritis.
