My 'Go-To' Hotel Every Time

Super friendly & patient hotel staff. Very accommodating & pleasant. Nice clean rooms w/ full fridge & 2 burners. Surrounded by restaurants. On site laundry & workout room.

Awesome service

We came late (about 10 pm) and the check in clerk was completely understanding of lack of concentration due to the severe snowstorm. He checked us in quickly and provided the utensils as well as plates and bowls for the morning breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Although it's not a 5 star hotel, I recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness, comfort and service.

Good value, nothing fancy, enjoyable stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable. This isn’t the Ritz - so if you want fancy luxury, don’t stay here. If you want a courteous staff, clean, quiet room, comfortable bed, plus a grab and go breakfast in a location handy to things in a good neighborhood - then book it. I got an excellent rate through Hotels.com, too.

Served its Purpose

Pros: Cost, location.
Cons: Monitor outside as people gathered to smoke right outside of lobby and could be heard from room.
Location: Not too much around but close acces to I25.
Good location off I25. Stayed while looking for a place and though not 4 or 5+ stars provided enough that I was comfortable at a reasonable cost. Not intended for luxury but was what I needed. Nice friendly staff.

Nice hotel but....

The lobby and hallways smelled like smoke. Although there is non-smoking signs all over the property. Hotel is located in a quite, clean, safe neighborhood. Lots of food places around with a Starbucks right next door. Rooms where clean, bed was stiff. But over all it was a nice stay. Staff was friendly and Helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Not the worst hotel but...

Dirty entrance and the room was also very dusty and smelled odd. Hotel breakfast was coffee, muffins and granola bars.

Hotel is clean and in good condition. I just don't expect the heavy smell of "smoke" coming to my room from next door, and leave me sleepless... Bath tube has disable seat that it's grey and yellow on white, I did not use the tub because I am so grossed out. I'm glad I was there for only one night.

Hotel is old and worn .... cold and smelly

Was looking to find a place to stay that was warm and welcoming....well this place was totally opposite. Old, worn. Cold had to sleep on top of blankets because they smell. Definitely not worth what we paid.
