The property was convenient to the activity I attended but the room definitely needed some upgrades. The heater was noisy, the bathroom faucet was loose, and the pipes banged when someone upstairs was taking a shower.
The staff was awesome so this is mostly for the hotel need of upgrades.
Our first night at around 10 pm someone decided to pull the fire alarm. For a Hampton we were somewhat disappointed at the furnishings. For some reason there was a light only on one side of the bed.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the pool. The hot tub was not operational (I think it wasn't usuable in December as well), and the water temperature was a bit cool.
Otherwise everything was excellent!
The fire alarm went off at 3AM and the night clerk was no where to be found. she was eventually found sleeping.

TV had a blue hue, told staff multiple times and they did nothing to correct it. It was very frustrating and annoying when trying to watch tv. We paid a decent amount to stay at this hotel and couldnt even get a working tv. They pool was also not working.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a very loud disturbance in the room next to us that required police intervention of an unruly guest the staff worked to get it resolved. We love the location. Feels safe and quiet and parking is great. The place is nice and they have remodeled some but they need either new carpet or to clean carpets in the rooms and hallways and the chaise lounger chair in our room was very dirty or stained. That is the reason we gave 4 stars. The food was good and fresh.
When I arrived to check in they had my reservation but no available rooms that matched my reservation. The front desk person did their best to try and find a solution for us but it was unsuccessful. So I had to resprt to getting a different hotel.
The beds were comfortable & the room was clean. We got in after midnight & there was no one to check us in. The only reason someone came to the desk was a dog behind the desk, started barking. We didn't realize you are supposed to check in before midnight.
88THpl. was diificult to find. I called thr hotel and the person on duty had a diificult time explaining where to turn from Sheridian to find the hotel.
I t was cleasn, ther staff was very helpful, nice brekfast and in a central condition for my duies to perfrom wwhile in Denver.

Hotel was clean and close to amenities. Only 2 issues. 1) The heating/cooling unit was acting like it wanted to start and wouldn't. It was noisy when cycling like that and trying to sleep. 2) The toilet needed to be flushed twice to remove waste.
This stay was very very nice. From the greeting when we arrived, check in, and stay.. Kindness of the staff. so much so that we came back to the same hotel on our return trip. We were given an extra hour for our exit time.. while my husband was at the mechanic trying to get our car working properly..Thank you
Everyone we interacted with was really friendly and helpful though after 3 separate tries, I gave up trying to get the digital key to work. Self-serve breakfast had many choices. Room could use some updating, but was clean. Room definitely needs more lighting - a desk and or floor lamp would help. A recycling can vs just garbage would be good too.
I’ve stayed here before, and chose it again because it is so conveniently located, confortable, and the breakfast and coffee are great! Wish my trip wasn’t so short so I could enjoy the comfy bed and do more sightseeing.
I also chose this location because public transit would be an option (RTD) if I needed to use it.
Water pressure in shower was very low and the handle was broken

Great breakfast. Nice warm pool. Comfortable beds. BUT waited over an hour at 9:30pm to be checked in. Only one receptionist dealing with a booking issue for 45 min or so, then we were told initially no room was ready for us. Had booked the room at least 3 months before !! People in front had the same issue. How can a hotel advertising check in in the afternoon not have rooms ready at 10pm, when those rooms have been reserved ??? Something was very wrong. The receptionist kept leaving the reception area as leaving it unattended to bring sheets to bedrooms yet to be prepared…. Worse check in ever
