Absolutely awful. my non-smoking smelled awful

Cons: make rooms not look like crackhouse
Location: get away from this hotel.
really a horrible experience. Awful. the rooms smelled like cigarettes. the facilities were dreadful. even the breakfast in the morning was bad. Everything about our 2 night stay was bad. We did everything we could to simply stay away from the hotel.

Cons: The lady with the painted on face at the front desk needs a better attitude.
According to expedias site when I booked the room(5 months in advance), fridge and microwave were available upon request. I requested both since we were going to be there 7 days. Also requested a ground floor room because of my bad leg. When we checked in they said they didn't have any ground floor rooms available but had one on the 3rd floor close to the elevator. So we took the room. Was getting things to the room when we figured out there was no fridge or microwave. Went to the front desk and had to talk to the lady with the painted on face and she informed me I didn't book a room with those amenities and they didn't have any available. She was kinda rude about the whole thing. Wife talked me into staying there anyways since they were already unpacked. The room was clean is the only thing I have to say good about this place. Room close to the elevator meant right next to the elevator which sounded like it was on its last leg. Real nice listening to that until 3 in the morning and starting back up around 5 in the morning. Our oversized twin bed sunk in the middle. The pillows were horrible. Wanted our sheets changed once while we were there. Didn't happen, they just made the bed and took out the trash. Made the mistake of leaning on the railing and thought the thing was going to fall off. Signs were posted by the parking lot that there was no smoking within 15 feet of the building but the potheads would stand in front of the elevator smoking their weed.

Great pool

When we booked there were not any hotels available in Denver proper so we looked to Westminster. With no traffic it's a short 10 minutes to downtown. The room were clean, roomy, nicely updated, afforadable and well laid out. The outside pool was lovely. The hotel itself is right next to the expressway but did not affect our stay. We did not have the included breakfast so I can not comment on that.

Location: The location was perfect for us and there are a lot of business and restaurants nearby

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Add a handle to the tub/shower and something near the toilet to hold onto. My mother had a tough time getting out of the tub and up from the toilet.
The room was updated, beautiful and convenient for all of the things we were there for.

The set up was a little confusing but overall a nice stay. You could tell the bathroom fixtures were old, but everything was clean. I loved the heat lamp in the bathroom!

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Mattresses were old and really soft. Shower not the best, the spray not strong and the shower head could not be moved so if you were shorter or a child, it would probably hit you in the face... Overall, it is a solid hotel especially if you are getting a good rate.
