What is it?

Pros: Appreciated having the sofa in the room since we were there for several days.
Cons: They are really trying but it needs some major repair work.
Location: For us, it was in the middle of things we needed to access. Found it easy to drive to shopping. There were a restaurants near.
Room was OK until we noticed some type of yuck running down the wall at the ceiling level - looked like it might have come from floor above. Asked to talk to the manager so he could see what was there but was told he wouldn't be in until later. A few hours later, he had still not arrived so the sales manager came down to look. She was very nice and also puzzled as to what it was. She took pictures and sent housekeeping to clean it up. They had to scrub so hard the paint came off in places. I mentioned that the sink didn't drain well when she was there and she also sent down a maintenance guy right away. They were very attentive but the room as a whole needed attention. In the bathroom the dry wall was cracking around the doorway and falling out. Other than our mystery substance, the room was clean and the day staff very attentive and nice. The evening gall who checked us in acted like she would have rather been any place else but there. Close to where we needed to attend a funeral

Hot meal and a comfortable bed for a decent price.

Pros: The staff, the beds and the hot breakfast choices
Cons: Shower rod installation so the shower curtain stays closed, slightly less chlorine in the pool and less of the freshener in the halls n stairs
My family of 4 stayed for a week. The hot breakfast was nice and they serves a variety of options each morning. The staff was very accommodating and helpful! The bed were pleasantly more comfortable with extra pillows and the pull out bed was good too. The bathroom was the reason for the 4 star overall. The shower rod was installed wrong so that the curtain did not stay closed...it is an arc style/curved but ours drooped downward. My husband adjusted it just enough to make it work. The only other thing would pertain to people with sensitive noses. The carpet shampoo or freshener they use in the hall and stairs is quite overpowering, it was a strong peach/floral scent. Overall I would recommend and would stay there again even with the peach scent and shower rod....the comfortable bed, great staff and hot breakfast were worth it.

Week long stay

The hotel is good for the price. We usually stay at more upscale hotels however we have stood here twice to save some money. The hot tub water seemed very dirty but very hot. Wouldn't recommend the hot tub. Our tub squeaked so much it was annoying trying to take showers. The house keeping was excellent and staff was very pleasant. If you want to save money it's a good place. If you like more quality hotels with luxury, this is not the place. Like I said we have stood twice for weeks at a time. Not a bad place.

Great stay for the price

Great price! Clean, and inviting. Spacious room with fridge and microwave. Pool was small, but warm and hot tub was just right. There was a small exercise room near the pool. Wi-fi and breakfast are included. Breakfast had several choices like waffles, omelet pattie, sausage, hash browns, cereal and toast. There was also yogurt and whole fruit besides coffee and juice. We got there near the end of the breakfast time and most of the stuff was getting low so we had to wait for the attendant to make some more. Overall I was very pleased with hotel and staff and would gladly stay here again.

Clean but Dated

Pros: It was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful
Cons: It could be updated a little.
Location: The location was very good, right next to I 25 which made getting around easy.
The hotel is fine and is clean, however it is a bit dated and could use a little updating. But the price was right and it was very comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at hotel . The staff cleaned my room everyday. They had nice breakfast and cleanliness. The room was quiet and comfortable. Could motivate been any better. I would recommend this to anyone. I am so glad that I chose to come here instead of going somewhere else. I had plenty opportunities to choose other places. I don't think my experience would have been the same. There are not many hotels that you can brag about that are not as expensive as some others. Also, sometimes the expensive ones are not all that great too. Thanks to all that took great care of me at this hotel. I am sure that o will be back

The building fabric is deteriorating. Room carpet and all surfaces need thorough cleaning. No tv channel guide.
