“The place was very clean. They supplied the little extras you always need. I would however explain how to use the lock better it took me a while to figure out how to lock it when leaving. It was a good stay however and very close to the venue we were there for.”

“Overall, the stay was great! You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into remodeling and updating the space. The unit itself was very clean and communication with the host was top notch. It was in close proximity to several really great restaurants!
However, there were a few cons. The building itself is pretty old and dirty. It’s not the unit owners fault but it’s something to be aware of. Also, when we visited there was a live band down stairs. We traveled with three kids and didn’t……

“My wife and I spent 5 nights at this property and had a wonderful time. It's located in an excellent location, with restaurants and all the historical sites (Independence Hall, Betsy Ross home, and all the main Founding Fathers locations) all within walking distance. And an Uber can quickly get you to the Art Museums and other sites.The townhouse was very clean and fresh throughout! And the beds were super comfortable, especially after a long day of siteseeing.
