Although the hotel and it's staff are excellent, we are disappointed because we booked an accessible (mobility) room of one king bed and they gave us a regular double bed room and they didn't have another to give. In the past it happened with Booking and we have not booked again with them. I hope the next time it doesn't happen again

I requested to move rooms after one night due to noise from the connecting room, the staff was very helpful with this. Property is clean, double rooms are a good size. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Overall excellent property. Rooms are big and comfortable except the shower. Found shower room rather small and did not like the open glass concept.

Great stay in a nice room with a perfect bed, a big bathroom, and nice few from the 6th Floor, the room was cleaned daily, simple breakfast, and car rental was just around the corner.

Property was obviously undergoing a spruce-up but was clean and functional. Nice Exercise Room but disappointed that the pool wasn't open. I really appreciate the breakfast offering and all-day coffee. Had a great chat with Frank at late check-in (very personable and helpful). Room was super clean and comfortable with decent amenities for a short stay.

The room was IMMACULATE! Despite being right next to the elevator (where I never stay), it was QUIET! Other than the check-in staff, the staff was super friendly. The check-in staff had VERY POOR English skills and caused frustration twice. The stand out feedback though is "Your hotel had the ABSOLUTE BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER HAD from Alaska to Florida! And.. I travel alot. Keep it up and I will go out of my way to come back.

We've stayed at this property in the past and were usually pleased. During this visit we had a few issues with the bathroom. The shower/bath water pressure was "acceptable", but the water temperature was luke warm at best!! Additionally, the Shower Gel bottle was missing, and there was no shower bar soap available. None of these items are a deal breaker, but they certainly warrant a downgrade of previous ratings of this property.

The room was beautiful and we loved the blackout window shades. However, the room set-up/design was awkward with the sink outside and separate from the bathroom room, and the air conditioner was terribly noisy. We finally had to turn it off to get some sleep.
