Vacation Village at Weston

Pros: Overall the hotel and other staff were great.
I was not pleased with the shuttle driver. I waited about an hour for the shuttle van to get a ride to take me Weston to get some dinner. I was told by the staff in the registration office that the driver would come into the building to let me know when he arrived. I saw the van drive around twice. The staff made a second call for the driver and that is when I went outside to wait on him. After getting into van I was not pleased with his attitude and his response to my question, so I asked him to let me get out of the van and I would get another way to get food.

The shuttle is an additional service available for our guests to go to the nearby grocery stores, but it is managed by a third party company. Old smells of must

The address listed for the resort is incorrect. I made multiple phone calls to the office to obtain the correct address. The air in the unit didn't work properly, after calling for service maintenance arrived the moving we were leaving. The master bedroom was unbearably hot while the remainder of the unit was freezing cold. The resort has a musty odor, and the unit was NOT cleaned thoroughly. I would not recommend to anyone nor use it worth the cost. Greatly disappointed. Staff was lacking in customer service. Upon check out I explained no one came to repair the air until we were literally walking to check out; the front desk agent replied "that's too bad".

"4" Could be a little better

I like my stay. I was there with my wife for our 22nd wedding anniversary. I recommend this place. I hope to go back soon. The only three things that I didn't like: 1) No free WiFi. I couldn't use my devices. Only phone calls 2) Pilows too fat and hard. We couldn't use them to sleep 3) The few places that sale some food and drinks in the hotel close too early. And my two "Piña Colada" were "0" alcohol. "WHY"? Is prohibited by the Resort Policy?

Going downhill

Lot of things not working proprly in the room. Charge for wifi if only staying 1 night. No toiletries. Ony soap

Thank you for your comments, Shirley. We are sorry if you found some of the things in the room to not work properly. Surely, if the front desk was made aware of those items, they would have had maintenance come and fix it for you. Although the resort does not supply guests with shampoo or conditioner. While it is not stocked in the rooms, all guests get an amenity kit at check-in, which contains a travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. We wish you better travels for the next time you visit Weston, FL.

Quiet & comfortable

The hotel is very nice, close to resturants & shopping. I thought paying extra for wi-fi connection was unreasonable since the hotel was so pricey.

For your reference and for the benefits of future guests, the $25.00 amenities fee includes: Wi-Fi (basic bandwidth), in-room safes, limited local transportation within a 3-mile radius via shuttle service, discounts at participating merchants, Karaoke night, family movie night, poolside appreciation party, poolside dance lessons, social center, fitness center, morning coffee, refreshments from 2pm – 6pm, and access to the business center. We are happy to learn that you had a quiet and comfortable time at our resort. It was a pleasure to have served you and we hope to have you back soon.

Just don't bother

Unfortunately my stay was affected by the disappearance of a poster (artwork), which report it as forgotten, specifying the exact location where I left off. I was not allowed to look away. I was informed that the department would contact me lost things. Unfortunately communicated ara inform me that they found nothing. It is not the first time I sucese a situation like this, since some years ago while performing the check in, my sister left forgotten his cell in the bno. Immediately after she left, I enter an employee of the resort and into my sister was gone cell. What happened I was notified immediately, identify the employee and the next day the employee personally call to return. For this reason let come to this Hotel-Resort, but returns this year 2016 and to my astonishment the kitchen was extremely dirty, even with waste in the fridge and stove. All commit errors, return the following week and unfortunately suceo about the artwork. It is true that you sign a form in which it is not responsible for any loss, but being a few miles when I communicate, that turned out to be no longer in the place where I left off. Therefore I do not recommend this Resort, I regret to say because they have an excellent team with the frontdesk.
