Thank you so much for taking the time to review. It's because of our location that our parking is limited everyone wants to park near the seafront. we are still lucky that all the roads around us are unrestricted. We are one of the few Guest Houses that has a small car park. Hope to see you again in the future. Regards Carol and Des

great hotel for families and couples.Posted Aug 7, 2012
Pros: the quaint surroundings and the friendly atmosphere
Cons: can't fault it
Location: superb close to the beach shops bars and restaurants
we had a great one night stay at the hotel, the accommodation was very well placed and close to all the facilities. The Hotel was really quaint and comfortable with a homely friendly stay. The breakfast in the morning was more than acequate and well presented and cooked to perfection, i would recommend this hotel to families and couplesit is a perfect retreat.

OK FOR ONE NIGHTPosted Jul 28, 2012
Pros: LITTLE GARDEN OUTSIDE
Cons: BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT TOAST NOT TOASTED ENOUGH ANDCOLD
Location: LOCATION WAS OK
THE HOTEL IS VERY DATED AND BASIC. THE ROOM WAS VERY TATTY, BISCUITS FOR ONE PERSON AND THERE WAS FIVE OF US. NOT ENOUGH SOAP.
close to sea frontPosted Jun 16, 2012 on Hotels
The guest house was close to the sea front. We had a large room with a double bed, single bed and an extra matress to sleep four. The stay included full English breakfast which was good value for money. The WiFi reception was poor and we were unable to contact reception late at night. There was only room to park 3 cars in the rear car park fortunately we always had space. We slept very well at night and it was very peaceful.

This is a good, clean place to sleep. Decor is 1970s, but it's comfortable enough if you don't need amenities. Town is a bit sketchy, but close to the motorway.
