Close to laser spine was easy to get to

Could not get my keys to work so the woman at the front desk walked w me to my room n then went back to get new keys Alittle noise upstairs but was nice

Good for the Money

Pros: The price.
Location: Close to a shopping and entertainment area.
The stay was quiet and peaceful. The staff is professional and helpful.

Terrible

Pros: Nothing the door I entered was never locked didnt have to use my room key to get in
Cons: make over and exterminator
I have stayed here on more than one occasion and it was ok my last visit in November 2017 I came to visit family for the holiday. The room had a smell they cleanliness was not great, the shower head was terrible it kept wetting my hair the water wasnt coming out of every shower hole on the shower head, the comforter and couches are VERY old the carpet can stand to be clean,the housekeepers only clean the surface. If you look behind furniture it's dusty. The main reason I will NOT stay here again because there were roaches in my room and I was afraid they would get in my luggage and I would bring them to my home. This facility has really went down.

My Husband (Rick), Dillon(My Grandson), and myself stayed there last nightt because we had a Dr. Apt at Childrens Mercy. We actually got there about noon and they were so awesome they let us check in early and they clearly could of not, because check in wasn't till 3 pm. We were so greatful that we could get out of the vehicle. My husband and Grandson are both in wheelchairs and had not been out since we had left our home 6 hour's earlier. The room was way bigger than we could of imagined having two wheelchairs. We had an amazing experience and will always use when in St. Louis and will recommend to everyone we know. The staff were MAGNIFICENT. THANKS AND GOD BLESS THIS HOTEL AND STAFF

Very comfortable, quiet and convenient stay. Also very good value for the money. Haven’t stayed at a Days Inn for quite a while due to my thinking that the hotel had declined in quality but this experience has changed that. I would try another one to see if the quality has indeed changed elsewhere.

Nice hotel excellent accommodation

From desk greeting to checkout, a very pleasurable experience, even if only for two days. Very surprised that there were not more people at the hotel. Upon check out, the front desk clerk (Kathy) remembered me by my first name without having to refer to my file first, and she was kind enough to provide me with a postage stamp. Free, tasty breakfast each morning. BIG. Will definitely seek to stay there again on my next visit.

Covers the necessities but nothing to write home a

Nothing to really complain about but just felt kind of old and run down- dark hallways, dated rooms etc. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay here again if needed but would probably pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

Nice hotel just neeeds a lil updatingm

Checked in all was well Mr. Patel was phenomenal. The downside of my trip was the fact that water leaked ubbilllrook L42. I walked in the bathroom in the dark slipped and fell. Also some othe furniture needs repair the desk and dresser.The breakfast could use a makeover. The same thing every day.
