Nice location close to major highways

Overall good experience, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. But the types of some patrons are less than desirable in that they talked very loudly outside their doors and in the hallway at midnight and I had to call the hotel staff to get them into their rooms, but that made it hard to go back to sleep after a long time. Then they did the same the next morning. I will avoid this hotel the next time.

West Port luxury gem.

Came down to StL for a concert at the amphitheatre. We were greeted by a kind front desk clerk who quickly checked us in and gave us each a tasty warm chocolate chip/walnut cookie. Any request was attended to promptly. Checkout was fast and easy. The bed was comfy. The room was clean and very nice for the price. I would highly recommend.

Great Stay

Pros: clean and good price
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice. My only complaint was that the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 8:00 am. I didn't have my sign out but I still thought that was early.

Zero Cookies for you

I found the previous guest survey still in our room so I don't think the room service cares if it's counted or not. We didn't get the warm cookies, so there was no stand out, going beyond our expectations. The checkin front desk person was friendly and personable. I thought it odd that the bathroom was not as clean as the Quality Inn's bathroom. There is other people's hair sort of mopped into the corners. Gross! I thought the room could use a small microwave for guest because the coffee machine doesn't get the coffee hot enough and it could be used to warm the cookies (that we didn't get) if you decided to keep them for a late night snack. Otherwise, nothing to write home about. The Hilton was our selected overflow hotel because the rest of our group booked a block at the Sheraton Chalet across the way. They were booked so we thought the Hilton would be comparable. The ratings on yelp or google (can't remember which) gave you guys 1/4 star more. But once we got over to the Sheraton Chalet, I was impressed with the decor and the southern hospitality. The Hilton is more modern, almost sterile. It's also dark. So much for modernizing the joint.

Nice service, horrible bed.

Service is some of be best. The floor wasn't vacuumed well as there were a few things on the carpet. The biggest thing was the bed. They used to be the squishy type but are old and worn out as you sink into them but hit a hard board.

Amazing hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The beds were the most comfortable of any hotel I have ever stayed! We will definitely be looking for Hilton hotels for future stays.

We enjoyed our stay, generally -- my wife and me. Clean, quiet (even though there were weekend guests who partied nightly. They were NOT a disturbance. The food is,at best, plain, over-priced but the staff seemed very pleasant -- especially at breakfast.
