Their was no elevators, no room service

Their was no elevators and no room service. Had to take towels used everyday to front desk. Upon arrival had to let front desk know there was no towels nor pillow cases on pillows. My telephone interview room did not work.

The hallway and staircase smelled really bad.

Hallway and staircase smelled bad. Indicates continental breakfast, however you only get packaged oatmeal and cofee; not other choice.

Close to hospital is only plus

We walked into room and the floors wrre sopping wet in the bathroom. I asked for towels and was quickly handed them by front desk attendant - never offering to clean up the mess. Also, hotel reads "breakfast served". Arrived at 7am to the lobby and there were cups to add hot water for oatmeal and a few granola bars. The coffee was so old and warm. Very disappointed with this hotel chain. Pass on this place. .

Very unclean! Smelled! Someone wiped nasty stuff All over the shower curtain. Sofa bedding was dirty and mattress was full of blood stains. It should be trashed. We were very disappointed

Extremely dirty

An absolutely pathetic place. Room smelled so bad that we couldn’t even breathe properly. Sleeping there was so difficult because of the smell. Front desk guy was of no use. Couldn’t connect wifi, bathroom tub was full of water already, insects in the room. Area was also unsafe. Worst hotel stay of my life.

Will not be returning.

There was urine on the toilet seat. The hand soap was already opened. And the trash cans were full. Didn't stay long enough to see much else.

Staff was really nice. They wee overwhelmed I think with amount of people due to eclipse. But, they handled it well and should be told they did a great job.

There was a bad odor in halls and room. We booked a double queen room but they only had a room with one double bed when we arrived. We decided to leave and found another hotel, they let us cancel and issues a refund without any trouble so that was one good thing.
