Staff was really nice. They wee overwhelmed I think with amount of people due to eclipse. But, they handled it well and should be told they did a great job.

The room was nice. It was big and roomy. The problem was the toilet was not clean. It seemed like a person used it and did not aim properly. It was all over seat. I also found some toe nail clippings on carpet. It's like they didn't vacuum room. The place had a weird smell too. I was not happy at all.

Will stay again!

I was very pleasantly surprised and would stay there again. I wish they brought new towels to your room. I had a small child. I will ask for extra towels upfront next time. I wish the trash cans for the hotel were not in the stairwell full of trash for 2 days. Otherwise great value for the money. Thank you!

We booked two bed room, we were given one bed room

Room Seems Like Hasn't Been Cleaned For Months!!

Service Desk Was Ok. Once I walked in the hotel hall, no it had an odor of old residue and the room smelled as well. Rooms felt as if it hadn't been touched in months and stains in bathroom look gross. T.V channels had only 6 max, young people loitering in parking lot also where smoking in the stair hall, very unsafe feeling and unsanitary room. DONT RECOMMEND EVER!!

Had reservations for ADA room with 2 Queen beds, didn't get a ADA room, didn't even get the 2 Queen beds and the hotel was book...so I had to take the room with 1 Queen bed .

Having the kitchen, microwave and fridge was nice. They needed to put a lamp on the desk in my room. I had business paperwork and phone calling to do and needed a light on the desk to illuminate my work.
