“The property was historic. Loved the charm. The bed was very nice and we slept well. Small town Indiana at its best. Sauerkraut balls at the Bier Garden were great and we enjoyed the live music. Thanks for a great weekend with no kids.”

“The hotel was undergoing a remodel, but was as clean as could be expected. Patty at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. Our room was clean, there was an abundance of hot water and water pressure, and above all, even though the hotel is adjacent to the Interstate, it was quiet! The breakfast selection was pretty much Continental...scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, various breads for toasting, an assortment of cereals (Hot and Cold), fresh fruit and juices, coffee,……

“Breakfast is too brief, only toast, milk, orange juice, coffee. I was hugary in that morning but I did not eat anything because it is too bad.”

“The room was musty smelling and everything felt damp. The carpeting was so filthy it was almost sticky feeling on your bare feet. Bathroom was clean but did not fill the toilet paper up. Left nearly empty rolls and no extras. It advertises a pool but there is no pool. The ice from the ice machine tasted terrible. Most of the front desk staff we encounter did not hardly speak or understand English. I do not recommend this place and we will not be staying there again. I would sleep in my car……

“Traveled to Indiana for a 20 mile hike. The cabin is perfect for a solo traveler or a couples get away. It was well maintained and the sauna was a nice bonus to relax the muscles after the hike. Highly recommend staying here.”

“10/10 communication. The home was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. We had everything we needed for our stay and would love to stay anywhere this host has propeties.”
