Great young lady at front desk

The lady at the front desk was phoeniomal. Super friendly and made the stay great

Great staff, room could have been better

The property needs improvement but the front desk staff is awesome. First, I had to pretty much clean the room in terms of ALL the surfaces. It was like everywhere had been wiped with a dirty bar rag as there was this sort of almost visible grime on everything. Then there was the super slow drainage in the bathtub. I was having a shower and ended up in an ankle-deep tub of water by the time I was done. The ac vent was full of dust thick enough to be called dirt. Then there was the bugs, fleas or something (not bed bugs) I killed 3-4 of them on a "fresh" towel in the bathroom. The bed linens and that appeared to be freshly cleaned. I mean, for the price and the fact that my preferred property was booked it was ok, but for the nuisances I mentioned. I do believe cleaning could be better and maintenance as well.

Find somewhere else

I booked my room a week before my trip. When I arrived to the hotel I was told they didn't have any rooms. They had an issue with housekeeping and rooms were not cleaned. When I ask about other hotels they offered me no help just said I can cancel your reservation and not charge me. Really?! I better not see a charge for something I had no control over.

Solo getaway trip

It was a last minute get away trip to clear my mind. Guest services was super nice and excellent and the room was super comfortable !
