We booked the hotel as a birthday treat for our daughter. She and her husband had a fabulous time, they had dinner at the hotel and used the spa. The hotel staff went out out of their way to make it a memorable stay. A special mention must go to Caroline who helped with the extras to make this stay special.

Clean and efficient and friendly helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the excellent food and service. You do need to check your directions on your map for the local walks though, they seem very wrongly colour coded!!!

Great building and staff, shame about the room
Beautiful building and grounds with fanatatic staff. We were disappointed with our room, it was in need of an upgrade. The carpet was dirty and stained and the bathroom needed a good scrub. Compared to others that we booked on this trip it was over priced.
