Nice experience except -

Posted Oct 19, 2015
Pros: Ease of making reservation - price
Cons: Get the hot tub fixed
Location: Beautiful color tour in the location - many lovely waterfalls
Everything was fine - nice staff, room, breakfast - but bitterly disappointed after 8 hours of driving that the hot tub wasn't working!

The location on the map doesn't match. And the lady who answer the phone is terrible.

Traveling through

Posted Oct 13, 2015
Pros: Clean, friendly staff. Lots of parking.
Cons: Update rooms, make upper level of rooms more accessible.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, lots of beautiful waterfalls that you can drive to and enjoy that aren't very far away - some can even bee seen from main road
Hotel staff was very pleasant and nice. Rooms are outdated, but clean. Hotel is right on main road just east of Munising, MI (about 2 miles). Rooms are detached from Hotel lobby and breakfast area. Two story hotel with ramp up to upper level but is kind of steep (it would be a challenge to push someone in a wheel chair up it. Simple, free breakfast. Lots of beautiful waterfalls to see in the local area. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cheap hotel on the outskirts of Munising

Posted Oct 7, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: A lot of the towels in the room had stains and probably should be replaced.
Location: The Pictured Rocks National Park is a must see!
We booked this hotel because it was the only one available at the time. It served its purpose as a place to stay, but don't expect too much more. The staff was excellent and the rooms seemed a little old but adequate.

Spacious room near pictured rocks

Posted Aug 25, 2015
The room was very large inside and everything was clean. The bathroom counter was sagging and starting to come apart underneath. There is a lot of iron in the water here. Road noise may be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Beds are comfy and plenty of pillows in the room. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options and fresh brewed coffee.

Pros: not much
Cons: If there's no hot tub, micro or mini fridge, don't advertise them. Space out the toasters so people aren't pressed together.
Location: near pictured rocks tours
They advertise a microwave and mini fridge in the room, there was none. The hot tub was inoperable. and the hot tub was the main reason I booked here. Breakfast was ok, but everything was toaster heated and even with 3 toasters it was chaos. would not stay here again, way overpriced for no hot tub, micro, or mini fridge.
