Very over priced for extremely poor service!

Worst service I have ever experienced, From Check in to check out staff were rude and un welcoming. Shame because the Hotel is really nice with great facilities.Ths towels supplied in our bathroom were dirty and covered in make up! The "King Bed" was two singles strapped together and very uncomfortable with a dip in the middle, Not exactly ideal for a romantic break! We tried the spa as access was included in our room rate but only until 12noon and if you want to check out late then it's £20 an Hour for your room and then you have to pay for a half day spa pass on top. The spa was very nice and the treatments good although it did take four staff to book an appointment.

Thank you for your feedback and I am disappointed with the comments made. Our team receive great feedback on their service and hospitality and I cannot believe that they were rude and unwelcoming. Our beds are zip and link which is common in many uk and overseas hotels and had the bed not been correct along with the towels then I hope that you contacted the team so that we could put this right straight away as this is certainly not our standard. Guests staying in the hotel can use the spa facilities complimentary between check in time of 3pm and check out at 12noon, should guests wish to stay longer in the bedroom it is £20 per hour or if you want to use the spa for the whole afternoon after check out you need to pay the spa half day rate. Again this is standard in all hotels.
