“Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.”

“This hotel had laundry, the reason I stayed there. The machines worked fine, and the desk helpfully changed the requisite number of quarters. The laundry room really could use a good cleaning.The room was nice and large though.”

“Check in was suppose to be at 3pm, we arrived at 4:45 to no clean rooms. They tried to have us check into a dirty room and when I asked to just cancel the reservation (the place was notably filthy and there were several people waiting in the office because their room was also dirty) they informed us their cleaner had called out and they had 75 rooms that needed to be cleaned. They refused to cancel our reservation or refund us. Will never be using their services again.”
