In town for a conference
"This is about the 5th time we've stayed here while visiting Portsmouth. The room and bed is comfortable and both the sink and shower have good water pressure and drain well. While the tub/shower has a grab bar, there are no skid strips or bath mat in the tub, which made it a little slippery. The room amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and room darkening blinds. As usual, we went to the Ribber for an excellent dinner and then down to Patties and Pints for an after dinner drink. The pool was closed and parking was limited due to hotel renovations. The hotel has a bar/restaurant, but we were too late to make breakfast, as it is only served until 10:00 am. It is also within walking distance to the Flood Wall Murals, which are beautiful. "
