billing problems -poor customer service

Had a nice room yet I was double billed for the room. There was NO effort on their part to rectify the situation for one week. My concern was not tended to and there was no extra effort to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. While the room was nice, I will not be staying at a Fairfield Inn again. Customer Service trumps everything.
