Okay hotel

When we arrived we walked in the lady just asked do you have a reservation no hello how are you type of thing. The room was really small and bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good eggs tasted like they had been sitting for hours though. Also when we checked in they never asked for id like most hotels. Not the best hotel. I definitely won't be staying at a Fairfield ever again.

billing problems -poor customer service

Had a nice room yet I was double billed for the room. There was NO effort on their part to rectify the situation for one week. My concern was not tended to and there was no extra effort to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. While the room was nice, I will not be staying at a Fairfield Inn again. Customer Service trumps everything.

Pool open until 11PM-- great for wound-up children after a long drive. Complimentary continental breakfast was good. Overall, a very nice and clean facility. WalMart and Bob Evans restaurant 1/4 mile away.
