The room itself was in need of repair (holes in walls patched with tissue paper and the like) and deep clean. The single beds are about to fall apart. The carpets were stained and worn almost threadbare. The owners of the unit should be ashamed of the state of it. I cleaned what I could so that we could feel comfortable there. I would have asked to move but felt sorry for the managers and whoever might get the room next. The reception/managers were awesome however and the facilities outside of the room were excellent, the pools were beautifully clean and functional. Parking was secure. It's a great location with beach access immediately across the road.

So much potential! Stunning location, restaurant, gym, pool, rooms and facilities. Five star, incredible! Unfortunately an unusable bathtub, staff sarcasm. Meal tray left in room all night as no one answered the phone for collection (as instructed). Completely ignored in 2 of 4 interactions with staff. Tip: smiles are free*. Probably won't be back though.

From the moment I stepped into this apartment, I was greeted by a sense of comfort and style. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample storage, perfect for whipping up culinary creations. The living area is inviting, with large windows with natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation . The bedroom is a sanctuary, with a plush bed and soft linens ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Excellent location central and close to everything. Awesome views from our apartment and lovely balcony to admire the view.

5 star building with 3 staff service. Bar was closed at 9:30pm, 24 hour room service only offered a cheese platter. No atmosphere, maybe it’s better if you stay on a weekend. It’s not worth the money, JW Marriott or the Langham are more value for money.
