The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The cabinet next to the toilet looks like it was never cleaned and the toilet brush was gross.

Staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Room was nice and clean and the location is fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for accomodations for Whistler.

Not a huge deal but it would have been good to know there were no pool towels so we could have brought ours. And more than 2 bars of soap for a 2 bed, 2 bath would be nice too

Beautiful condo with everything we needed including some games and puzzles. Comfortable beds and a perfect amount of space. Kids loved the pool. Only suggestion would be to have some pool towels.

Our stay at Lost Lake lodge was great. The unit was clean and well appointed though a bit dated. It was perfect for a short ski weekend especially because of the free shuttle that runs. The outdoor pool was great, but it was a shame that the jets in the hot tub don’t work. Aside from the slightly longer trip into town than we anticipated, it was a great place at a reasonable price

I hated the security codes required throughout the facility, especially to get OUT of the pool area. The living room and kitchen area had NO heating source other than the fireplace. Brrrr. The kitchen was really well equiped, and the unit was clean. Great location! Loved using the bus to get to the lifts

Good location with the free area shuttle right at the front door. Nice to have a kitchen to cook. No AC so wouldn’t stay in the summer.

Unfortunately we found the condo to be dirty. Under the bed was dusty and there were items left under the bed from previous guests. The kitchen was dirty with grease caked onto the cupboards, inside the cupboards and on the counters around the stove. The hood fan in the kitchen had yellow grease stuck to the underside. The knife block was covered in grease and dust. No dish soap, no hand soap in the bathroom. The B-B-Q was covered in rust and inoperable. We enjoyed our stay other than the cleanliness, this was a disappointment .

Property is nice with a very convenient location. The unit itself is clean and spacious. The unit was lacking essential items such as extra soap, extra toilet paper and no garbage bags.

Great location. Nice and quiet. Free shuttle out front to get you to the slopes and Whistler village. Apartments were well looked after and had everything you need. Gym, pool, spa, games room were great!

Internet wouldn’t work for first day and tv would only play W network and nothing else. Unit was moderately clean except the shower which did not appear to be cleaned at all. Like a lot of Whistler rentals, this unit needs some love. Overall the lodge is great and transportation to the mountains and village is super easy. The support staff at the lodge front desk were also helpful and super nice.

Overpriced for quality.
The property was well worn and tired looking. The furniture is old and scratched and poor condition. The bed was hard and old. Sheets were stained and the duvet was lumpy. Kitchen appliances were damaged and or severally battered. No extas in the kitchen ie) salt pepper etc. Towels were old and thin and frayed. Overall this place is not worth the money but fortunately the location dictates the amount. Would not recommend.

Price is cheaper than the other options for its reason. Old building old amentities, felt unsafe due to no staffs in the building after 5pm and overnight. Had to travel to another hotel to check in if you arrive after 5pm. Customers had to throw garbage by themselves otherwise a fee will be charged. Poor lightings around the property, also lack of signs for parking. $25 parking per night.

Unit I stayed was partially renovated, bathroom was very clean and new, kitchen was well equipped. Living area needs new furniture for sure. Hotel has weird policies, front desk is closed at 5 while check in starts at 4! Pool area was ok but hot tub was not working - no jets.. parking clearance is very low for tall vehicles. There is secure bike room with limited capacity, policy says no bikes in rooms but there were bikes in unit balconies....

This was not our first time staying at the property. We enjoyed our stay more the first time. This time seemed a bit under par. The main issue is it's just too hot in this lodge. They supply a couple fans and one of ours had to be held up with other furniture. Super stingy on supplies (ie. paper towels, dish soap, etc. - did even say we might be charged extra though the paper towel roll was less than half full and dish soap had like enough for one wash?! Needed to ask for everything as there is no daily service throughout your stay (and can only ask till 5pm as no one at front desk after that time). Empty your garbage though there were not enough garbage bags. Bike storage was horrific and full at all times. Pool was under some construction so we couldn't use for half our stay. Pool person that came to close up was less than friendly as well. Just walked up to us and said 'Closed'. Front desk was not friendly and robotic going through the list of responsibilities on our part. (The man that was at front desk was good though). The condo itself was ok, but overall it's the other things that made it not the best stay.

The front desk is only open 9-6. The little things just weren't there, like bad toilet paper, weird soap, not enough pillows, and the "extra' beds were awful.

The unit is not air conditioned so gets quite hot quickly- should make sure this is included inthe property info when people are looking to rent it
