This beautiful ski in/ski out 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath mountain home is located on the Creekside of Whistler Mountain. The Lookout is one of the few townhome complexes that is " True Ski in/Ski out" in Whistler. You actually ski from the Taluswood, "Lookout" complex down to the Dave Murray Downhill where there is a 6 person gondola waiting to take you up the mountain. Whistler/Blackcomb Guest Relations, Ski and snowboard school and the well known Dusty's bar and Grill are all conveniently located just to the side of the gondola. This cozy home is 2500 square feet over three levels. Vaulted ceilings, heated slate floors in all of the bathrooms and kitchen are just a few of the great features of this mountain retreat. An open living concept and warmth from the wood burning, stone fireplace makes this a truly welcoming place to enjoy with your friends and family at the end of a great day on the mountain. The living room and second covered deck also has a pretty mountain view facing south across to the Callaghan Mountain Range. The garage is complete with a boot dryer and racks for your skis and boards. Parking outside only in the large driveway that will easily fit 4 cars. For added convenience, there is an 8 person private hot tub on a covered deck facing south looking at gorgeous snow covered trees for a little privacy. The bed configuration of this home is very flexible for your group's needs. There are 2 king beds one with and ensuite and one with a shared bathroom as well as 4 twin beds in the third and fourth bedrooms. The upper twin room has an ensuite and the lower twin room has a shared bathroom with the second king. Take advantage of the three upscale restaurants and local shops at the Whistler Creekside Base - the quieter side of Whistler! Creekside base also has the added convenience of a 5,000 square foot grocery store, bank, ski shop and ski and snowboard tuning center, a public gym facility, Tim Horton's, Creek Bread Pizza, cold beer and wine store, gas station, Whistler/Blackcomb guest relations, ski and snowboard school and even a Starbucks! There is no need to even go to the village with everything offered right in Creekside. We look forward to having and hosting your family or group of friends. The property goes through a strict disinfection process between every guest. We Prioritize high-touch surfaces such as Door handles Controls and switches (e.g. light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains) Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats Utensils, cutlery and crockery Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frame Time frame between guests To help give you peace of mind in uncertain times we are not considering back-to-back stays. This will help minimize the likelihood of contamination by allowing enough time for cleaning and disinfection. Based on the recent information available, here are our time considerations to help minimize the likelihood of infection: Once guests have checked out, waiting at least 3 hours before entering the property for cleaning. Letting the property remain empty for a total of 24 hours after previous stay checkout. Note: while time between stays could help minimize likelihood of contamination, it does not replace enhanced cleaning processes. We take cleaning and disinfection very seriously and have always maintained a very clean home as you can see by our reviews. Disinfection is just one more step to keep you safe.
