From the second I stepped out of f my rental car to the second I left the grounds, I had not lifted a finger for anything, except to ski down those awesome 2 mountains. It just seemed that there was not enough that every single staff member with whom I had contact with could do to make me happy. ...

Overall nice. They missed a couple of details but not worth mentioning.
Great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ten minute walk thru the village to the Gondola lifts for skiing. Grocery store and BC liquor store are virtually across the road. kitchen facilities allow for breakfast(and other meals if you wish) in your room. Room has an IPad for your ...

My husband and I love the Lost Lake Lodge as it is so very peaceful, relaxing and serene. I highly recommend it to those who like to be tucked in the woods with serenity! I don't recommend it to those who like to sit on their porch and people watch or watch all the hustle and bustle of the village, ...

Overall good hotel and a very good location. Can be a bit noisy with events going on, be mindful of that when booking, we were there during a weekend event and the concert stages can be pretty noisy. Rooms are a bit dated and can use some modernization but overall great property, steps away from ...
Always a great place to stay close but not any noise under your window

One bedroom loft very nice Robes for the outdoor pool and hot tub. Heated pool deck. Great location to the gondola and the village.
Nice location close to the village. 2 hot-tubs was a nice bonus although both can be a bit small and crowded at times.
The location is perfect. Easy access to everything! The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. The fireplace in each room is a really nice touch. Bed was comfy and the pillows were amazing! We also loved the eucalyptus steam room. Nice way to relax after a day on the mountain. The elevators are quite ...
Great hotel with excellent amenities which was sadly overshadowed by the fact some of my personal property was taken from my bag and despite reporting the issue nothing has been done!
Overall, had a great vacation, the skiing was awesome (March Break but lift lines non-existent!) and I liked the hotel, but didn't quite love it. I'd consider it again though. The hotel location is amazingly convenient for skiing (just 100 or so steps to the lifts!) and for restaurants, bars, and ...
Loved that this was within walking distance to both villages. Loved the pool, the laundry facilities, full kitchen. So so hot though. Air conditioner was not sufficient to cool the room.
Our family was very comfortable in the quiet one bedroom condo unit. The ski lockers provided were close to the lift. The hot tub and pool were never to busy. We also enjoyed the heated bathroom floors and washer and dryer.
The hotel is right in the village - a 3-4 minute walk from the ski lifts. The staff is friendly. The rooms are neat and cozy.
