When you show picture of what the amenities are you had better make sure that all your units offer the same. No air conditioning in the units just fans in the bedrooms. They should inches in a ceiling fan for the living room. Very close to the main village. Pool is small. Security did not enforce the noise bylaws and people were up way past 2am partying. Room was not ready at 4 when we checked in. Would be nice to have a check out time around 11am instead of 10

Nice unit but depressingly dark!
Unit was a good size and layout and perfectly clean and well maintained. The down side is that is was SO dark and without any natural light it bordered on depressing. We had to have all the lights on throughout the day. Normally we chose to stay in the apartment and cook ourselves but we ended up eating out just to escape the gloom. Personally this would put us off booking here again. We noticed that a lot of the units were mostly in the shade and had the windows masked by bushes. The patio was dusty, chairs too dirty to sit on and cigarette butts on the ground to make use of the outside space. Conversely there is a frosted window in the unit which lets the emergency lighting from the external corridor shine in all night so you can’t get any decent sleep - we ended up blocking it up with sofa cushions! They really should put a blind on it!

GREAT UNIT & GREAT LOCATION FOR A SUMMER GETAWAY.
This unit was close enough to the hustle of the village, yet far enough away that it was restful and quiet at night. It was conveniently located right across the street from the IGA. It was walking distance to all the good restaurants and easy to ride onto a bike trail in seconds. The unit was clean and a comforable size. There was a glitch that was easily rectified to our satisfaction by the propery manager. We would definately stay here again!

The suite was perfect for us and two small kids, had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are amazing and were definitely warm enough to swim in November! We could walk across the street to the village to the park and for restaurants and shopping. We had a terrific trip even with a bossy 2 year old!

Everything was great! Great location, within walking distance of market, eateries and the Village. It was very comfortable and we tried to add a couple of more nights but it was already rented out. We would stay there again.

Unit was fantastic. We had an in-unit washer/dryer and full kitchen, and the unit was quite spacious. The only downside I can think of is having to check in at a different property, but the staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this property if I were to take another trip to Whistler.

Property was as described. Location was very convenient to the grocery store.
Check-in and check-out were remote from the actual property. For some reason the NorthStar front desk could not check in guests renting this particular unit from VRBO. We had to go all the way past Blackcomb base to a completely different hotel (Aspens) get our keys to check in and then go all the way back down to Whistler to get into our room. We had to reverse this process to check-out. I do not recommend this property if you are coming by public transport from the airport. This information should be made apparent before renting this unit. There was a leak down a vent which drained straight into all of the clothes hanging in the front hall closet. Maintenance said that they would address it, but by the looks of the water stains on the ceilings, this is a known long standing issue.

Great location close to village
This hotel was ok. It was clean, if you did not look to closely at the corners. We liked that we did not have to go thru hallways and up elevators, access was direct from outside. The down side was check in is not in the hotel, and it is not an easy walking distance. The hotel itself is very conveniently located directly across from the marketplace and the Village. It was quiet since it is across from and not directly on the Village stroll. Overall we would stay here again

Great location and FREE parking!
Best things is the location, just across the commercial part of the Village. Parking is free, but not recommended for people with accessibility problems. Bike storage was clean and with enough space to lock your bikes. If you book through this website, make sure you ask where to pick the keys. For us, it was a nightmare - nobody really knew where to go and we ended up in three different locations. At the end, it seems that the administration of this building is in the Aspen, which is a bit far from this place. Besides that, we had a good time!

The room was not ready until check-in time (4 pm) when I arrived. The condition of the rooms was very poor. The phone was not working, a blind was broken, and a dining chair was missing a part. I called the front desk about the phone. They never showed up to replace it. When I checked out, I complained about this. One of the resort managers called me, but I was busy with my family. I asked for email communication, but he never email me.

received no hotel maid service - your on your own one roll of toilet paper for the room was given - make sure you don't run out because its very expensive to buy anything in the village and they take forever to respond. 5 remotes to operate one tv - we had to call them to figure out how to work a simple tv. a lot of people like BQ on their balconies - so if you don't mind the smell of BQ smoke since we were there during the severe forest fires and signs everywhere showing high risk of fires we cant believe the hotel actually allowed people to BQ on the balconies -most balconies had them. the unit is out dated and not very modern - they just keep the same old working the best way they can

The first thing we noticed upon entering the condo was the pet smell. A couple of us have pet allergies and going upstairs would immediately cause an allergic reaction. All of the beds are upstairs -- Yay! The next thing we noticed when we opened up the windows to try to air the place out, was the lack of screens on the windows. The windows in the bedrooms were either right at the height of the bed or slightly above knee-height on a adult if there wasn't a bed in front of the window. The windows in both bedrooms were definitely a risk for small children to climb out and fall from the 3rd floor. The unit lacked air conditioning, so open windows were the only means of cooling the unit down.

Great location, but sofa bed mattress was lousy
We picked this room to get close to all the action. The condos are nice and the only problem was the outdated cable box that was over-heating and the cable modem/router that I had to fix by disabling wireless B (so just G/N channels) before the free wifi would work. Usually Shaw will upgrade these for free, so there is no excuse for having buggy outdated tech in these rooms. It would have been nice to have better patio furniture, but we spent most of our time away from the room anyway, so no big deal. The sofa mattress was so bad that my son slept on the floor. There is no AC, so it was a little stuffy. The room was not ready until after 5pm, so they sent over some wine to make up for that. That was a nice touch. Overall, I would stay here again and just get a room with AC if it was going to be hot.

Worth finding
We picked up our key code at another property and after finding our place (it was a little hidden) we had some trouble at first finding the room as there was no elevator in the basement although as it turned out we were just below our room and one flight of stairs. The room was great and the location perfect. The room had kitchen and everything needed. This would be perfect for long stays. The bathroom had a jaccuzzi tub. A nice outdoor pool and hot tub. I would say we definitely would go back.

Not easy to manage children and skis!
Nice big condo with well equipped kitchen but not easy access to the ski slope so be prepared to transport skies etc. with children in tow may be challenging. Room could have been cleaner and have sheets that fit the king size bed (a queen flat sheet was used rather than a fitted KING sheet!)

To check in I had to go to another location 4 kilometers away. Place is also difficult to find, if you don't know the town. The room/ apartment is fully equipped, supermarkt is across the street and center 10 minutes walking away.

Very happy with what I paid for!
It is well equipped especially the kitchen. The ensuite is a bonus! The place is very spacious for an adult and 3 teenagers. The only downside is the jets in the jacuzzi bathtub were full of stain. So, I didn't use it. Overall, I was very happy with my stay especially for the price I paid!
