We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed the property. We were for some reason put in the ADA room this time. No one is disabled in our group. Sometimes we don’t mind the ADA room because there is more space and less furniture. This room was really annoying specifically because of the sink being on a light sensor. Faucet kept cutting off when trying to wash my face, get a glass of water and the water does not trigger on with something as small as the head if your toothbrush. And all you got was tepid water from the sink. I did like their brand of bath toiletries (Beekman). And they still do fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the afternoons. Didn’t have time to check out the pool or hot tub. We were only here 3 nights. I asked about whether the sink was just an ADA thing, and it was. If they had switched all the rooms to a sensor faucet we would never stay her again. The guy offered to switch our room Sat night but we were unpacked and leaving the next morning anyway. This room had been booked for several months, and I did not book an ADA room (or whatever they call the Canadian version of this), so I’m annoyed we were even put in this room to begin with. Thus the lower star review.

Outstanding service and great location, but lots of noise due to it's location (above a Buffalo bills). The unit itself was nice and cozy and perfect for a 3 night stay with my family. It had a cute loft, a fridge, microwave and a beautiful shower. Valet parking was also a big plus, specially after a long drive.

Don’t let the photos of the pool. We travelled in March, it was filthy and not usable. The hotel was located right next to the gateway bus loop and it was a great location as I was on crutches. Hotel room was clean, cosy and had a great view. All in all recommend.

Very loud because it is situated above the Buffalo Bills nightclub so expect very loud music till 2am. Bed are soft.

This is a great location in the village. Extremely close to the slopes, restaurants, shopping. Loud because it’s on top of the bars and close to the village. Nice and clean.

I liked how the lady at front office came to solve our problem of the water not clearing in the shower, My son liked the cookies and the lemon water at the lobby, we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, beds were comfortable, front office was so attentive, room was nice and warm upon arrival, room was well equipped, had soft bath robes waiting for us ready to use for the pool and hot tub, shower was good, all in all great experience

Great stuff, very friendly and helpful! We were afraid that it could be noisy place, but we had a pleasant surprise, it was really quiet and great place to stay for ski vacation!

Everything was good. A bit loud at night as there is a bar grill about 20 feet away. Not good place if you have young kids who need to sleep. Otherwise pool, hot tub good; staff very nice; clean; free fresh baked cookies and coffee in lobby.

Good for family stay
The hotel room is very clean and the reception is very nice. Only thing was not comfortable is people had party in front of the building and very loud until 3am in the morning.

We were in 2nd floor , there was a lot of noise till 2 am . There was a bar i think above my room . Me and my family wasnt able to sleep . There was no parking . I saw in bookink time . Available parking . We had a poor experience with this hotel .

We made a reservation with this hotel specifically for the pool area and jacuzzi, and this area was on maintenance, we weren’t notified when we asked about it when checking in, until we were all dressed and ready to go to the jacuzzi, they sent us to the Hilton hotel which was nice, but not nice to walk on our robes for 2 blocks while it was snowing. Also the room’s toilet didn’t have water. We really liked the hotel but we will be really thinking on choosing a different one next time.

I went with my friends and we reserved only for the pool and when we arrived the staff said that we can’t use the pool because it was in maintenance and we can to go to the Hilton hotel (2 blocks) and we need to walk, but the next day we saw other people went and used the pool 😒 and than the toilet’s room was not clean very well and also the coffee maker it was dirty and the bathroom had not water we have to use a glass of water when we used it.. sorry but I don’t like this hotel and the service

Location is great, room was great, service is ok, but parking is not available. We arrived around 7:30pm, have to find public parking nearby which causes inconvenience when you need to carry your ski equipments.

Hello! Recently stayed at the Adara, definitely not what it used to be before (10 years ago). It’s a very good local village hotel with everything close by. The hotel itself was an average on cleanliness. Nice to have a roof top pool / hot tub. The restaurant attached was nice and they gave us a free drink worth $15 each. The parking area was stinky and it drips things down on your car so be careful of that. All in all I’m about 3.5 out of 5 rating for my Adara stay.
