A nice hotel close to the hill.Posted Mar 20, 2018
Pros: The staff were great. The location was very good and the room was quiet so we were able to get a good nights sleep.
Cons: The layout of the hotel was a bit bizarre but I don't think anything can be done about that.
Location: It is right in the heart of Whistler village so what can I tell you? Fill your boots. Lots of restaurants, nightlife and of course skiing.
The staff at the Crystal Lodge were great from check in through to check out. Very friendly, knowledgeable and interested in being as helpful as possible. The room we had was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was on the side of the hotel away from the plaza and so I am not sure how quiet other rooms might have been. The room wasn't huge but it fit the bill.

Close to everything!Posted Mar 11, 2018
It’s close to the lifts, restaurants, and convenience store. Very friendly staff who let me and my boyfriend check in early as soon as our room was ready way before check in time. Clean rooms and comfy beddings!

Fantastic hotel but room was not ready @ 4pmPosted Mar 4, 2018
Quaint hotel w/ modern & clean amenities. But was disappointed when room was not ready @ 4pm. Front desk guaranteed it would be.. room was not ready until past 6pm. We should’ve been offered free drinks @ the bar while we waited.

Perfect hotel for Whistler FunPosted Mar 3, 2018
Pros: Close to skiing, great service, clean
My family had such an awesome trip to Whistler and Staying at the Crystal Lodge was lovely. We especially appreciated being so, so close to the Whistler & Blackcomb gondolas. We previously stayed in another hotel which was essentially right behind the Crystal but it was such a shorter walk to be right there. My kids loved the happy hour in the hotel lobby and rushed down there after skiing all day to enjoy the free hot cocoa and cider. Nice pool / hot tub. Very well managed ski storage - we never had to wait for our gear. Thanks for such a great experience!

Poor servicePosted Feb 24, 2018
The room was clean at 4:00 pm every day, if you want to rest in the afternoon you couldn’t. The front desk told me that it was the policy.

Lovely hotel,great facilities and friendly staff.Posted Feb 19, 2018
Pros: The location was ideal for our ski holiday. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub.The free apres ski treats were really nice, especially the hot choc!
Cons: Maybe the room sizes could be a bit more descriptive as we found ours too small for a family of four. The beds were only accessible from one side.
Location: Close to the mountain gondolas, only 3-4 minutes walk. Many shops and restaurants underneath the hotel and nearby.
We had a Crystal Double Room with two double beds for two adults and two children. The room was pretty small for four people with suitcases and ski boots and with hindsight we would have booked a larger one.Facilities included a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, tea and coffee and mini grocery selection to buy if needed.Hairdryer in bathroom.Plenty of towels and bath robes also.We used the outdoor hot tub and pool which was great.Towels provided at poolside. We visited the gym also.We had two meals at the Old Spaghetti Factory which is family friendly. The food was lovely and it was good value for money. The hotel is only a 3-4 minute walk from the gondolas and a ski valet collected the ski's off us at the hotel entrance when we returned.Overall we slept ok.The beds were comfy but the usual selfish people returning late at night and talking loudly through the hotel corridors was annoying. Not the hotels fault though.Overall we really enjoyed the Crystal Lodge and would return.
