Weekend Stay

Posted Nov 14, 2017
Cons: The hallways, they need updating.
Just stayed here for a girls weekend. Couple things to note. Parking is underground and there is no elevator from the parking lot to the hotel itself. So you have to walk from the parking lot outside and through the front lobby. While the lobby does look clean it is a little outdated. Though anytime we talked to the staff they were super friendly. There is only 1 elevator for the whole building. If you get a room at either end of the building you'll have to zigzag your way through the hall, which smells smoky and old. Our room itself didn't smell which was great and had what we needed, 3 beds and a pullout as well as a full kitchen. Room was clean though it was a little dated. Since it was snowing we opted to take taxi's everywhere, so can't really comment on location but it's definitely away from the hustle and bustle of the village stroll.

Well priced, good location

Posted Nov 13, 2017
This hotel is priced at a great value, great location. Perfect for a large family or 2 couples in the 2 bedroom suites. Hotel is a little outdated, but has a great ski lodge feel. Staff was friendly and helpful, all around a good experience. The pool and hot tub area was also good. Would return to this accomadation, and recommend for its great value. Especially when most accomadations in whistler are becoming over priced.

Close to shopping and restaurants, but...

Posted Oct 10, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Everything elses.
Location: Shopping, walking, hiking, dining.
The whole place has a bit of an ick factor, as it is old and musty. The hide-a-couch was terrible. It was very thin and all you could feel were the springs. Only one TV for a two bedroom suite. The nice thing was that the countertops were updated to granite, and the kitchen wasn't too bad. The hot tub wasn't even hot.

Great Hotel, close to village centre

Posted Sep 13, 2017
Hotel was excellent. I booked a room and got a 1 bdrm suite. Huge for 1 person. Everything neat, tidy and clean. A few minutes walking to the village centre, then a retreat to quiet at the hotel.

Nice hotel !

Pros: Plenty of room for a family of 5 .
Cons: Keep it clean and maybe change the carpets.
Location: The location is a big plus as its a 5 minute walk away from the Market and the Gondola/biking area.
Has a lot of Plus points like fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room for a family. They also allow pets . The one thing I felt they lacked was that the rooms look dated e.g. paint/fixtures/carpet etc.

Great place to be in Whistler

No issues. Staff was great. Accept they forgot to get rid of empty beer bottles and cans from the kitchen blue bin which was full of them from previous rental. Cheers
