“Great time, extremely friendly hospitable staff! The place itself is maybe for younger guests, loving partying and various musical pleasures. Just seconds from the beach itself, and a whole bouquet of different restaurants with excellent food. Luxurious access to guided snorkeling tours, etc. Bring mosquito repellants with you - these insects could bite around sunset and an hour or so after, if you would want to be on the porch. Fantastic place, great owners!”

Cafe Marco was a step above most of the food establishments, as was the Dawei Tea House, both linked to the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Only negative was that the advertised free parking was not free if you book through an on-line service, like Orbitz. “Room was beautiful, perfectly clean and smelled nice. The staff was super friendly, bossman even helped me try to fix my scooter when i asked for some tools! The premises are gorgeous, the breakfast was tasty and the vibe was generally calm, relaxing and comfortable. The AC is a bit dated but did a reliable job nonetheless. If i had to critisize something, the water pressure in the shower could be a little better. All in all still a 5 star experience for me!”

“L'hébergement n'était plus à l'adresse indiquée mais 50 m plus loin. L'accès est plutôt compliqué car de la route principale,la pente est très très raide. Quand on demande, on trouve assez bien le lieu. La femme qui gère est super et arrangeante. Il faut prendre des moyens de locomotion pour bouger mais comme partout. Notre chambre était impeccable. ”
