“Our stay was wonderful! The home was inviting, comfortable, and bright. The porch was lovely, and the outside was fun for my toddler to explore and pretend. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was great - serene, yet close enough to the city if you wanted to explore. We didn’t have a need to contact the host, but I’m sure she would have been responsive and available based on other reviews. The guest info book was helpful and informative!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the River House. It was just what we needed! We spent most of our time on the covered patio catching the breeze and watching the barges go by. If you are looking to rest and relax.....this is the place for you. The owner, Ryan was an awesome host. We will be back!”

“Jennifer at the desk was very helpful during my stay during the inclement weather. I am an essential employee, and the room was clean and it was quiet during the day while i was sleeping. Room stayed warm in the extreme temperature drop ”

“Great camper, very clean and plenty of linens and blankets. We stayed there when it was cold outside, so the heaters worked great. Host was very good at communicating and quick to respond. Would totally stay there again.”
