“I had a handicap accessible non-smoking room. The chairs were hard. The bed was nothing but a mattress on top of a thin springs that every time you sit on the bed, it felt like you were in a barn, and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable to be handicap accessible they still had nothing but a bathtub with handlebars to get in and out of the tub person with a wheelchair could not get into it just like me I couldn't take a shower because I could not lift my legs up underneath the bathtub instead……
