"The room and grounds were very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Being vegan, I didn’t have any difficulty eating meals at the resort’s restaurant, and the food is very good. The resort is very quiet which can be a positive or negative, depending on what you’re looking for. There don’t much within walking distance, but town is a short trike ride away. The wifi signal was weak at times."

"There are so many things to like about this resort. Location, facilities, restaurant, transport services are a few. But above all else are the PEOPLE who staff this wonderful place. "The resort is little bit old and worn but very comfortable. The location is good. The staff was wonderful. We had a large group that wanted to barbecue on the beach and they supplied us with a grill, dishes and silverware and even cooked us rice and cleaned up after. The “free” breakfast was barely adequate, but could be greatly improved with a little fruit and pandesal. Watch for the resident sea turtle. We saw it almost every day close to shore at high tide. I went snorkeling with my kids right in front of the resort. It wasn’t the best, but we found lots of interesting things. The day we arrived it was a holiday and the beach was crowded with locals. The rest of the time it was very quiet. My whole family can’t wait to come back. Also, make sure you buy your snacks from the little store in front of the resort. The owner is an old friend and the reason we chose to come here."
