Room was beautiful and hotel was close proximately to Loon mountain, the ice castles and lots of great restaurants.

Great resort for families

It was a great resort with friendly staff. There was easy access to the pool area and close to many local ski resorts.

Pretty at first glance, but horrible soundproofing

At first blush, this "resort" is awesome. Rooms are very nicely done, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette were great, nice high end finishes- we were impressed when we first got to our room. However, when we came back from dinner, we started noticing how thin the walls and ceiling were... we could very clearly and distinctly hear the people in the next room. Snoring, conversations, etc. It was AWFUL!! Additionally, the people in the room above us must have had kids who ran around non-stop (perhaps in ski boots) and it sounded like elephants. So much so that the vibrations made the ceiling fan "clink" and sway. Do NOT recommend at all, if you want any type of privacy or peace and quiet.

Wonderful stay in a spacious clean room, super helpful attentive staff, great indoor pool and hot tum, close to restaurants and shops! Highly recommended!

GREAT but. ...

Pros: Beds were amazing, cleanliness, and staff were wonderful
Cons: There's no room service, no form of breakfast available, and the pool was under construction (pool happens). I have every confidence the pool would meet or exceed expectations once construction is complete
Location: Great location! No complaints!
