Stayed here for a few days with my husband and 2 kids. Place was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in the morning. Kids loved the pool and they had a movie and cereal bar in the lobby at night.

Stayed with my sister and my 4 kids and it was very comfortable. Good complimentary breakfast and we loved the iced coffee offered in the afternoon. Will definitely be back next time we stay up there.

This was a perfect place to stay after a day of skiing and having fun in the snow. The staff was very friendly. They will go above and beyond to get what you need. I don’t have any complains.

As a frequent Marriott traveler, I was extremely impressed with this location. From the minute we entered our room it smelt and looked so very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the room was unbelievably large and roomy. After our first night stay we returned to our room with a hand written note along with chocolates on our bed from our housekeeper. You don’t see that type of service anymore and it was very much appreciated. Many little touches throughout the property and hotel room which were above and beyond. Very happy with our stay! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning on my next ski trip.

Great overnight stay. We usually stay in a B&B but the prices were extremely high. The prices was reasonable and we booked a suite. The bed and pillows were very comfy! We slept very well. The staff were very friendly as well. Glad we decided to give up the B&B stays. Breakfast was also good with some added fruit.

Great for families. Our 5 year old loved the pool, movie nights and cereal bar. Out 14 year old appreciated the iced coffee bar. Breakfast was good, had the basics. Coffee could’ve been a little better. Rooms were clean, suite was good size, kitchenette was adequately stocked.

The rooms are wonderful and clean. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with kids. The pool was amazing. There are always movie nights for the kids. A wonderful full breakfast with fresh mini Belgian waffle's, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels and more. They had an ice coffee bar in the afternoon and a cereal bar for a late night snack. Conveniently located near the heart of North Conway and lots to do with the family.

Not bad place to stay but don’t expect 5* hotel. Free self parking,friendly staff, nice but small lobby,pool and gym. Good Breakfast and is included in the price. It would be nice if they use real eggs for breakfast instead of substitute powder. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room 221 fan in bathroom was not working , but did not bother me much. Overall good place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. The eggs we use at breakfast are not a powdered egg. They come pre-scrambled and we cook them in the morning and as needed through out the morning hours. Our bathroom fans use a silent system as to not wake guests in your room or above you up when turned on. We're always here and happy to answer any questions guests may have during their stay!

The customer service at this hotel was great. We came for a couple days of skiing with 8 other families, and they were so accommodating to us when we would gather in the common area.

The room is spacious. There was a lot of hair in the the shower. Food in the dresser. 5 bandaids in the pool, that when i told the front desk they did not care. The fitness room they advertise is a closet. The only piece of equipment in it are broken. Overall disappointed.

Thank your for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, I have spoken with the entire Front Desk regarding your comments about Band-Aids, and none of them can recall this conversation. I also immediately checked the pool after you left this review Monday morning, and there were no Band-Aids to be found. Our rooms undergo an inspection process after the housekeeping team has finished, and one of the steps they take is to check all drawers. It would be almost impossible for food to of been left behind in a drawer, but if somehow that did happen, I do apologize. Our Front Desk would have been more than happy to have come and retrieved that for you and checked the cleanliness of your tub. I have also checked the treadmill and the bike in the fitness room, and both are working properly.
