In need of serious work

Cons: Breakfast, the rooms and staff attitudes
Staff clearly didn't enjoy their jobs. Told to leave the keys in the room on checkout, I suspect this was to avoid listening to any complaints. The room stunk of sweaty feet. Breakfast was basic, served on polystyrene cups and plates with plastic cutlery. Breakfast was served from 6.30-9.30 am. At 9.25am the entire room was told they had 5 minutes to finish as all the food had to be put away. At 9.30am on the dot everybody was told to leave the breakfast hall. Though checkout was at 11am, all the guests had left by 10am. Probably the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Cons: The staff
The hotel is the old Beacon hotel in Lincoln. The room has been slightly updated but the remainder of the hotel I still not. The biggest complaint was we had no maid service so returning to the room at the end of day and not seeing it freshened up was disappointing. However we rolled with the flow and went to the front desk to advise and ask for clean towels. The clerk never apologized about our room not being cleaned and actually gave me attitude about asking for cleaning towels. We asked for three sets and she said why do you need three when there are only two of you in room. Shockingly i responded because we want to shower at night then in morning. Was shocked I was getting attitude at this point and she gave me the towels again with no apology. Due to the holiday weekend we spent a lot of money to stay here and honestly never been treated so rudely. Also note very hard to manage the temperature in shower

Nice hotel, right at the State Park

The hotel was nice and in a beautiful setting. The front desk staff left a bit to be hoped for, but it wasn't terrible. The lady who checked me in was obviously not used to running the desk and was quite confused. The next morning there was no one at the front desk, just a basket with a note asking you to drop your key in to check out. The complimentary breakfast was nice and hot though!

Cons: alles was mann sich denken kann vollkommen unwürdig sich hier aufzuhalten
Location: Lincoln USA sind in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen
Zimmer unsauber Fenster und Gardinen wurden von einer längeren Reinigung verschont Bettwäsche nicht sauber, abgegriffen flecken (usw) alles sehr veraltet und dreckig das Zimmer wurde so mit Desinfektion behandelt das es nicht bewohnbar ist der Geruch hinterließ Atembeschwerden und Übelkeit Für Asthmatiker völlig ungeeignet war bei Buchung nicht erkennbar
