My first thought when walking into my room was, "Well, this looks cozy!" And it was. Maybe a little dated, and there were some minor issues that could use some attention. There was a refrigerator and a coffeemaker, and everything was clean and in working order. the "included" breakfast wasn't much, but the staff were very friendly. I'd stay there again.

Staff are great and the room was super clean. Only downside is the walls are quite thin and you can hear the next room. Overall I would definitely stay there again based on the excellent service and the superb area. Absolutely stunning scenery!!

My Grandson and I went to Gorham to do some 4 wheelin. We were able to park our truck and trailer at the motel. We parked our wheeler in front of our room. We were able to ride the wheeler on the road and the trails were just up the road. The service desk was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much to Gorham Motor Inn for a great time!

Poor customer service. Bed was hard as a rock woke up sore as heck with the little sleep I got. I didn’t see this commented anywhere on other reviews but there’s a train that comes whistling loudly around 12:30am and again around 2:30AM!

Easy to find, and you can walk safely to numerous shops and restaurants on the same street. The room was spacious with two soft chairs, large table, chest with drawers. Comfortable beds, uncomplicated shower, big soft towels. The breakfast is minimal - "grab and go", but adequate if you're in a hurry.

Bath tub was not draining. Room way tiny and bathroom was so old. The entire room shakes when you walk. Vibration other rooms AC shakes the room. For $150 a night this property is a run down joke. Bathroom tikes are so old and been fixed terribly.

We were there in the middle of a terrible rain storm & didn't lose power! The room was a little crowded, but welcomed the microwave, fridge & coffee maker - along with the TV. The room had AC but we didn't need it - you could clearly hear the rain falling through the window used for the AC unit - it was soothing, actually.
