The staff is so friendly Laura and the breakfast staff was on top of everything in the morning. The pool staff was watching and keeping everyone safe. Housekeeping was so friendly and kept us stocked with linen. Front desk was always friendly. We asked if they had board games and they whipped them out before we got down there to look. Fast and amazing service. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

We were swayed by the water park to book this property, but we wish it came with a disclaimer. Firstly, there isn't actually a pool to play in. The two slides empty into a basin that you must quickly get out of and there is small kiddy wading pool that is less than a foot deep. Short of going down the slides over and over again, there isn't much else to do, and my kid who was 41 inches tall (you must be 42) couldn't even use the slides, even if she went on my lap, so she got bored quite quickly. Secondly, the hot tub is for 18 and older. This means kids under 18 can't even put their feet in it, and the staff is VERY strict about this. Thirdly, you must sign up ahead of time for a one hour slot to use the water park, and the staff was very insistent that I could not plan on back to back time slots despite the fact that there were only 2 other people in the pool area with 15 minutes to go (2 more came in at the hour mark, so they begrudgingly allowed us to stay). In short, the water park was a bust, and for me overshadowed the fact that the property was nice and the hot breakfast was really good. If you don't care about the water park, this place is perfectly fine, but if you are going just for the water park like we did, prepare to be disappointed.

We booked a night for winter break. Shortly before check-in they called to tell us the water pump for the slides was broken. They did not offer a discount only offered to cancel. We cancelled and booked elsewhere.

I think the staff at the water park need to pay closer attention to the area. There were kids that were in the hot tub and kids that seemed too small for the slides. It would be helpful if there was a time that the space was just available to adults. Maybe the last hour could be just adults.

The hotel is pretty clean , Breakfast is exceptional, They hired a woman to help in the dining area her name is Barb and she is the absolutely the best ! Also all the staff at the front desk are the best ! The pool area is pretty cool the littles absolutely love it . I think there should be someone at the top of the stairs monitoring the large slides , and maybe the Art and decor around the hotelShould be more geared to the area with it behind the mountains , but we had a great stay and definitely will stay again ! We were very disappointed to arrive and realize you need to book a time slot for the pool and are only allowed 1-1-.5 hours at a time. And besides the small kiddie pool, there was no pool to actually swim in. We will never choose this property again when returning to NH due to how expensive it was when the only amenities worth that was the pool area, but you only get limited access.

My receipt from the booking has 3pm as the check in time. When we arrived for 3pm, we were told it was 4pm. After showing the receipt from the booking, the person at the front desk became irritated and rudely told me regardless of my receipt, check in is at 4pm and essentially looked away until we left. After finally checking in and settling in, we took our daughter downstairs to the pool. Come to find out you have to schedule blocks of time to access the pool. This was not clearly stated on the website when booking. Only 1hr of time allowed in the morning, and 1.5hrs in the afternoon. Thought that was ridiculous considering spending nearly $700 for the weekend to let my daughter swim. After this experience we’ll not be returning. The pool was tiny, no place to really swim. When the slides are on you can only go down the slide then have to get out. Would have enjoyed just a regular indoor pool over this “water park.”

I chose the Hampton Inn so my 6yo granddaughter could go in the indoor water park. She loved it. It was clean and wonderful for all ages. They had to close it in the morning we were leaving and she was so disappointed but we got switched to late departure, the issue was resolved and she could go. So great!

Definitely staying here again.
Had a great time, we enjoyed our time in the water park and the hot tub. Our room was very spacious. Nice hot breakfast options. Loved the personal text we received later that night,after getting checked in, making sure everything was ok.
