Very elegant intimate, the staff is very friendly very polite. Very close to the ski base ;they have a free shuttle. They serve breakfast and dinner. Dinner options are not too many. Overall our stay was excellent.

Great proximity to Bretton Woods. Plus they have a shuttle that runs on a continuous loop to skiing and the Mt Washington Omni. Charming and convenient.

For an upscale hotel, amenities are lacking. Food supply at breakfast ran out before the time breakfast was done. Beautiful scenery, but a bit disappointing.

The toilet ran so I was leery about leaving the room quickly. The cookies were delicious, as was the breakfast but what other amenities were there? The front desk employees were welcoming and polite.

Staff was great. Our first night there I asked the gentleman at the front desk how I could get some hot tea. He went and found a hot water machine, as well as various tea bags which just made my evenings better. Also, when we arrived we were told that we could use the same text number that asked about our arrival time for any general questions, and it turns out we used that when we were walking on a bike paths and it was getting late. We weren’t sure if we going the right way back or not. We texted for help and they not only responded but were ready to send out the Calvary! Beautiful property with plenty of spots for rest and relaxation. I will be back.

We had a great experience at Bretton Arms. The hotel was great, rooms spacious and beautiful, attention was great, its a very nice, quiet family oriented. Im glad we tried it!

When I booked this room I clearly thought we would be in the main hotel, not in some odd shoot building a half a mile away. Your pictures mis-represent the actual hotel accommodations. You need to make it clear which property you will be in.

This place was amazing!! The only drawback was our room wasn’t ready and they were supposed to call us when it was and they didn’t!! I blame COVID for some of this as they were short staffed. I would totally go back there again

We were very disappointed in our stay. The dining room and bar were both closed. Breakfast setup was poor and very limited. The Inn had potential but was not being kept up. The staff was great but limited. All the focus was on the Washington resort, where all meals, shopping and bars were located.

It was the quintessential bed and breakfast experience. The innkeeper who checked us in was wearing the traditional garb you would expect from the early 1900’s. Our room was cozy and comfy. The small hike through the woods to the main hotel was well lit and romantic. We wish we were there for more than one night as the golf course looked amazing!
