Family vacation

The location was great. The Resturant messed up orders and breakfast included with the stay you have to wait a long time to get a table to eat breakfast . House keeping doesn't do very well at all.

Nice hotel, good location, good staff, but poor wi

Pros: Staff is good/efficient, wait-staff was friendly. Breakfast choice was good. Nice quiet place. One side of the hotel has a great view.
Cons: Reliable wifi.
Location: Many things to do nearby if you are into outdoors. Went to Mt. Washington, zip-lining,, horseback riding (very closeby), flume gorge (1 hr drive).
Overall, it was a great place to stay with good, considerate staff. The decor and fittings looked new and well-maintained. Bathroom also looked new/recently done. The one exception overall was that in-room wifi was not up to par. Very slow speed, if you could get in and not get dropped. I dont think many other guests seemed to have this issue, though.

We are always checking the capacity of our Wi-Fi and agree that at times when the Hotel is completely full and all guests have multiple devices, it may get slow. Very good hotel, golf, hiking

Comfortable and friendly hotel in beautiful location. The front desk gave us excellent dinner location suggestions and the hotel breakfast was very good and free. We took a relatively difficult hike up the ledge behind the hotel and wound up at a nice lake on the other side of the hotel. Very good stay overall.

Beautiful location but rooms need some TLC

Pros: Location and beautiful setting
Cons: Rooms are outdated. Staff (seasonal?) is rough around the edges.
Location: Near North Conway which was on our way to the East Coast (Maine)
Beautiful setting in the NH mountains. The hotel is quaint and grandiose but has seen some better days. Need to invest in some upkeep, the AC unit must have been from the 80's in our room. Beds were OK. Restaurant offers a beautiful view. Restaurant staff was hit or miss, dinner was a service nightmare (wrong order and more than one item, no apology and mediocre food once we finally got served) but breakfast (included in stay) was great with a fantastic waitress.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and am sorry that did not meet your expectations. We are very proud of the fact that we support a full time staff year round and don't hire temporary or summer help. We just in the past 2 years completely renovated our Echo Ballroom and meeting space, Ledges Restaurant and a full renovation of the Lobby this year. Guest room bathrooms are next on our list. I appreciate your feedback and will share with our management team.

The food at Ledges restaurant is very good. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!

Beautiful views and excellent breakfast.

We stayed here one night while visiting Storyland this past weekend and it was a nice resort. The room was nice and clean but only double beds which is small with four people. My suggestion would be for the hotel to add curtains that close all the way as the shades did not make the room dark so it was a little hard to sleep. Otherwise everything was great. The staff was friendly and having breakfast included was an added benefit and it was very good! I would visit again and try the golf course out.

Nice hotel in beautiful setting

Stayed at hotel with my wife and two children. Nice rooms although beds werea little small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent and to be served after having been to a number of self service options recently was very pleasant. Situated in beautiful setting and in close proximity to towns of Conway and Nth Conway with numerous restaurants and things to do. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We've stayed in many of the hotels in the Conway area. This was by far the best. The staff was extremely friendly. I would love to stay there again!

first time to NH. this pics of this place looked great, but if you take away the flowers in the pics and add some age... it's just ok. the pool has a liner and way too many flying things that bite. we called hotels.com and shorted our stay the day we checked in. Thank you for hotels.com!! I would rate the front desk staff a 6 out of 10. the bar a 7 of 10 and breakfast service a 8.5 out of 10 (the staff at breakfast gets a better rating than the food). the place seemed old and in need of a fresh coat of white paint.
